Competition Overview:  

Competition is open to all skaters who are Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, Washington D.C., Ohio, and West Virginia residents of eligible athletic status (or any athlete in a state that does not have figure skating as part of their State Games). The Keystone State Games will be conducted in accordance with the rules and regulations of U.S. Figure Skating, as set forth in the current rulebook, and/or current Compete USA handbook as well as any pertinent updates that have been posted on the U.S. Figure Skating website.
